Ibac

Fictional History
Scrawny "Stinky" Printwhistle tried to blow up a train to steal it's loot. But, Captain Marvel stop him and threw him on to the rock! The Lucifer saved him and made a deal with him. For Scrawny's soul, the Lucifer would give him "the power of the four most evil men that ever lived": Ivan the Terrible, Borgia, Attila the Hun and Caligula! By saying "IBAC", he turned a buzz-cut brute of incredible power via the power of a mystic green fire (similar how a lightning bolt turns Billy into Captain Marvel). "Stinky" doesn't need to give up his until he defeats Captain Marvel and has reformed, but various villains forced him into becoming Ibac. Before the Crisis of Infinite Earths, Ibac joined the Monster Society of Evil. Recently, he joined the Secret Society of Super Villains.
One Year Later
In Secret Six, Ibac battled (and lost to) Ragdoll II. Ibac is one of the villains captured in Salvation Run. Finally in the DCU Holiday Special issue, he is seen battling Captain Marvel, but stops in the spirit of the holidays and work together to fix the damage they caused. CM lets Ibac go and in the last panel both of them are seen in their human forms, but neither recognizes the other's alter ego.
Powers and Abilities
As Ibac, Scrawny has superhuman strength, endurance and agility; and some protection from physical energy attacks.
